Market Study - Bulgaria - Construction industry spurs demand for heavy duty trucks
Bulgaria -Dnevnik.bg -Dec 6, 2005: -- Bulgarian Domestic truck sales are hitching a ride on Bulgaria's booming construction industry, shows a market analysis by news outfit SeeNews... Importers told the agency the trend has reconfigured the truck market and now six of every 10 vehicles in the 18-44 ton category are bought by construction companies. A year ago, freight forwarders drove over 80% of truck sales on the heavy duty segment... Volvo Trucks Bulgaria expects the heavy trucks market to grow by 15-20% annually... Torino Motors, said it expected sales of IVECO vehicles for the construction industry to double to 140 in 2006 with the overall domestic sales seen posting a 20% increase year-on-year...
