Plan - USA - Not only to recruit owner operators

Will afford drivers and or owner operators to achieve goals
INWOOD, N.Y.-BUSINESS WIRE -Aug. 10 2005: -- Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc., today issued the following message to shareholders: "... For the purposes of providing each of you with industry related information, it is important to understand that the trucking business is comprised predominantly of independent contractors (usually referred to as owner operators). These independent contractors represent more than 70% of the trucks you see on America's roadways today... It's no secret that there's an industry shortage of short- and long-haul truck drivers. The shortage is generally attributed to the lack of new talent entering the transportation industry. The greatest challenge is how companies can maintain and grow their driver pool while preventing these independents from switching from one company to another. A better question may be asked as to how to attract and retain these independent contractors, as they are the life blood of our industry. The answer has evaded companies for more than 20 years... In this regard, our company has come up with a plan that we believe will not only recruit those independent contractors (owner operators), but will afford those drivers and/or owner operators the ability to achieve goals for their own personal success..."
